Pricing & Payments 

Q: What’s your pricing? 

A: Prices start at $50 for basic logos. See our Pricing Page for full packages.  

Q: Do you offer discounts? 

A: Yes! 10% off for first-time clients and bundle deals (e.g., logo + business card).  

Q: What payment methods do you accept? 

A: PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.  

Q: Is a deposit required? 

A: Yes, 50% upfront to secure your spot (non-refundable).  

Design Process 

Q: How many revisions are included? 

A: Depends on your package:  

  • Basic: 2 revisions  
  • Premium: Unlimited revisions 

Q: How long does a project take? 

A:  

  • Logos: 3–5 days (or 24 hours for rush jobs).  
  • Social media kits: 1 week. 

Q: Can I request urgent designs? 

A: Yes! Rush service (24–48 hours) for a 20% fee.  

Files & Formats 

Q: What file formats will I receive? 

A: Final designs include:  

  • PNG (transparent background)  
  • PDF (print-ready)  
  • SVG (scalable vector)  
  • Source files (AI/PSD for an extra fee) 

Q: Can I edit the designs myself later? 

A: Yes! We provide editable files (e.g., Canva links, Illustrator files).  

Copyright & Legal 

Q: Who owns the copyright? 

A: You do! Full rights transfer after final payment.  

Q: Can you use my design in your portfolio? 

A: Yes, unless specified otherwise in our contract.  

Q: What if I don’t like the design? 

A: We’ll revise it until you’re satisfied (within package limits).  

Technical & Support 

Q: Do you design logos for trademarks? 

A: Yes, but we recommend hiring a trademark attorney to ensure legality.  

Q: What if I need help using my files? 

A: We offer free 15-minute support post-delivery. Extended help is $30/hour.  

Q: Do you work with international clients?A: Yes! Payments accepted in USD, EUR, GBP.  

 Refunds & Disputes 

Q: What’s your refund policy?

  • Deposits are non-refundable.  
  • Partial refunds considered if work hasn’t started. 

Q: What if the project is canceled midway? 

A: You’ll be billed for completed work, and receive applicable files.
